This was breakfast, and I have to say that it’s probably one of my favorite go-to breakfast recipes. Super quick and easy to make!
On the left is a bowl of 3/4 Old Fashioned Oatmeal-dry, 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, with sprinkled cinnamon on top. To the right is 3/4 cup of scrambled egg white (which is about 4 eggs) with sprinkled flax seed on top. Last but not least, I had to throw my essential fats in my breakfast, so I chose 5 almonds. Total calories: 320.
For the first meal of the day, it’s very important to have your protein, carbohydrates and essential fats. That will be a pattern in a lot of my breakfast posts.
